Thank you for shopping at TheCasaFurniture (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning products and requesting refunds.

Eligibility for Return / Refund

  • You may request a return/refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging (including all tags, manuals, accessories).
  • You must provide proof of purchase / invoice / order number.
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or missing parts are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  • Initiate a return by contacting us at support email info@thecasafurniture.com / 9953278031 within the return window, specifying your order number, reason for return, and photos.
  • After approval, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  • Ship the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, with the RA number visible.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm refund approval or rejection.

Shipping Costs & Restocking

  • If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping costs.
  • For “change of mind” returns, customers bear return shipping.
  • A restocking fee (5-10%) may apply if the product isn’t in original condition.

Refund / Exchange

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-15 business days post inspection.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or exchange instead of refund.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • If canceled after dispatch, refund will be processed post-return inspection, deducting applicable costs.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Report damages within 48-72 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Replacement or full refund will be arranged, including shipping.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom / made‑to‑order furniture (unless defective).
  • Sale / clearance items marked non-refundable.
  • Items damaged due to misuse.
